Each project team is comprised of a dedicated team of consultants, all of whom have significant experience understanding and interpreting the unique catalog management challenges faced by our higher education customers.

Because working in the Acalog™ Publisher administrative system is so intuitive, we can train your administrative users in a train-the-trainer model, and they then can train any number of editors and reviewers to use the system. Or, we can custom design a training program specifically to meet your needs.

Your administrative users should be able to understand the basics of the system in moments, and anyone who has ever filled out a Web form should feel comfortable editing in Acalog™ in a very short period of time. To reinforce the material covered in training sessions, we provide you with a dedicated training "sandbox" where you are free to practice what you've learned, or to simply explore the system.

Once the transition and training are complete, and you have become comfortable working in the system, you will be able to start extending your process to include editors in departments and other administrative units using the collaborative revision workflow.

One of the great advantages of Acalog™ is that you can use as much or as little of the system as suits your current needs. If you want to learn to master the system for a catalog cycle before rolling out the collaborative component, go ahead and use part of your existing change-request and approval process and make all the edits yourself. And when you're ready, you can start layering in some of the more advanced capabilities of the system at your own pace.
